In der weltweiten Christenheit finden pfingstlichcharismatische Gruppierungen wachsenden Zuspruch; sie konnten bald die großte Konfessionsgemeinschaft weltweit werden. Praktische Fragen nach der Bedeutung des Geistes fur die Religionspadagogik sowie nach der ?Unterscheidung der Geister“ werden ebenfalls angesprochen. Der Band will so zugleich zur Uberwindung der ?Geistvergessenheit“ in der Kirche und zur bibeltheologischen Ruckbindung der Berufung auf den Geist beitragen.
